The British 10k London Run is staged on the worlds greatest 10k route through the heart of central London, passing many of the capitals truly world class historic landmarks including St. James' Palace, Trafalgar Square, the magnificent St.Paul's Cathedral, the unique London Eye, the worlds most famous clock Big Ben, Westminster Abbey before finsihing on Whitehall - the portal of British Government. Up to 25,000 runners are expected to fill the streets of central London watched by thousands of cheering spectators lining the course - one year on from London hosting the Olympic Games.

Race numbers must not be swapped after the 30th June 2013. Race numbers are used to reference runners' details with the emergency services. Do not bring valuables to the baggage bays on race day. The organisers will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of participant's kit bags however caused. If it is raining on race day seal your bag inside a clear plastic bag. Make sure you arrive fully hydrated on race day.
Course certified by AIMS measurer. It's a condition of entry that you will be able to finish the race in under 2 hours. Any fancy dress costumes must be functionally and runner friendly, for further details please see website at http://www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk/
I declare that I will be 15 years or over on 14th July 2013, that I will compete on foot and that I enter and intend running entirely at my own risk. No aminals, baby strollers, mechanical vehicles or wheelchairs etc allowed on route. I agree to the terms and conditions of race entry which may change from time to time, without prior notice.
