How to nominate
To nominate a member of staff or team at Darent Valley Hospital there are just three criteria that must be met:
- The nomination has to be something that makes you feel that you have experienced a first class patient experience.
- The nomination needs to be about a recent experience not something that took place a year ago.
- It must be about a genuine patient experience, something that has happened to you personally or a loved one.
